Description of the walk

Park in the car park at the canoe departure point.

(S/E) Go through the white gate and follow the Loire on the left until you reach the remarkable oak tree.

(1) Continue for 300 m to the Cuvette des Lapins.

(2) The end of the path bends and joins the path leading to the water pumping station. After the bend and 300 m, take thefirst path on the right, through the tall trees, turning left then right until you reach the fitness trail.

(3) Turn left to rejoin the main path, which you should follow to the right. After 300 m, you’ll reach the fork at the leisure park; take the path on the right. After 200 m, you’ll reach the campsite road.

(4) Turn right onto it. If you’re lucky, the brasserie will be open for a stop before you return to your vehicle for the journey home (S/E).
