Start from the car park on the church square in Ligny-le-Ribault
(S/E) From the car park, take the path leading to the eco-museum (on the side of the church’s apse opposite the bell tower). Turn right onto the footpath, pass the eco-museum, then the Cosson tributary. Continue along the verge of the main road, pass the village pond, cross the Cosson, then follow the signs for La Ferté-Saint-Aubin via the D61.
(1) Just before leaving the village of La Bléterie, turn left onto the Chemin de la Bretèche. This is followed by a forest track.
(2) Keep to the right at the Fork in the road, passing the Château de la Bretèche, visible from the track on the left. The forest track curves to the right as you approach the Domaine du Tertre (la Jijitière), which is bordered by a fence. Continue to the D61.
(3) Turn right onto the route to La Ferté Saint Aubin, taking care. Ride along the hard shoulder for 250 metres.
(4) Leave the tarmac and take a forest track on the left, opposite the entrance to a private estate. The deciduous forest, consisting mainly of oak and chestnut trees, gives way to a pine forest on the right-hand side. The path eventually crosses a wide transverse track.

(5) Head right onto the compacted track, leaving the private road towards La Couvrée opposite. Stay on the busiest path until you reach the junction with the Route de la Ferté Saint Aubin. Carefully follow the hard shoulder you used on the way out, heading towards the village.
(1) Pass the turn-off on the right, which you took on the way out. The departmental road bends sharply to the right, then crosses the Cosson. Take the path on the right leading to the church (S/E).
