Description of the walk

From Confolent-Port-Dieu, follow the road signs for Ancien Prieuré Port-Dieu and park at the end of the small (very narrow) road, in the car park to the right of the site (do not park in front of the chapel).

(S/E) From the car park, there is a lovely view of the lake. Return to the chapel of the former priory, then follow the small access road along the lake on the right. Return to the Chapelle des Manants, visit the surroundings, cemetery, beautiful tree, information panel, then walk up the road for about twenty metres. Follow a path that branches off to the right, marked in white and yellow. Further on, cross the road and head towards Fontaine de Trappe. You will reach this simple fountain with a view of the lake.

(1) Retrace your steps to the road, then go down to the right to return to the car park (S/E).
