Description of the walk

(S/E) From the small car park near the Croix des Mary bridge, take the D116 towards the village of La Ronde for about 500 metres (caution). Cross the Canal de la Rabatière and continue to thefirst path on the left.

(1) Turn left and continue straight ahead to reach a small tarmac road at a place called La Caillaude.

(2) Turn left onto the tarmac road. Cross the hamlet of Guérine to arrive 200 m further on at the Canal du Mignon.

(3) Turn left and follow the Canal du Mignon until it joins the Canal de la Rabatière.

(4) Continue to the Bazoin Locks.
