Worth a visit

The Moulin d’Hauterive dates back tothe 12th century and was built by the monks of Cîteaux Abbey. Originally, it served as a walnut oil mill, before later being used as a flour mill. Today, this historic site has been given a new lease of life as a hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Burgundian countryside. It stands on the Rivière des Moulin, a long leat of the River Dheune.
