Depart from Carrefour de Judith at the end of Route de Vilpert in Bois de Mareil before the series of car parks at the Étangs de Hollande leisure centre (park as close to the crossroads as possible, depending on availability).
(S/E) Head west-northwest. A road perpendicular to the Route de Vilpert au Bois de Mareil runs alongside the series of car parks at the leisure centre: follow the small path that runs parallel to the road and passes through the car parks in the woods. Turn right, join a road and follow it to the right until you reach the Carrefour du Poteau de Hollande.
(1) Cross a road and turn right onto a path that passes to the right of a shelter.
(2) At the next crossroads, go straight ahead. Walk east or east-northeast, ignoring the perpendicular paths.
(3) You will come to a small road closed to traffic (Route Goron). Follow it to the right for about 500 metres.
(4) Shortly before the Rigole des Yvelines, turn right onto a path (Route de Serqueuse) that leads into the forest. Turn right onto this path and follow it straight ahead to the Carrefour de la Rotonde (majestic Table du Roi).
(5) Take the second path on the left, heading south, the Route du Chêne Montavale. Cross a road and continue straight ahead until you reach the Carrefour de Bourgneuf.
(6) Take the second right and cross the dyke between the Étang de Hollande and the Étang de Bourgneuf. Turn right immediately to follow the Étang de Hollande. At the next crossroads, take the dyke lined with shrubs on the right, which will take you back to the Carrefour de Judith (S/E).
