The start of the walk to Parmain and L'Isle-Adam is very pleasant; the section after L'Isle-Adam is much less rural and less interesting, and I’d even say that by the end, you’re in a commercial and industrial area!

Yes, we do follow the Oise, but not very closely, which is a bit disappointing given the name of the walk. The first part of the walk to L'Isle-Adam is interesting, but after that we follow a very busy road, which detracts from the walk. It's a shame.

Even the name of the hike, following the Oise... in fact, you only follow the Oise for about 1.5 km, and with all the vegetation, you can hardly see the river (between points 11 and 12). Then it gets worse between points 12 and 13, where you follow a very busy road, and the end of the walk to Persan station is frankly not very exciting.
Basically, this walk is interesting from the start to L'Isle Adam, or at most to the Etang des 3 Sources, but after that it's not worth it.
