Departure from Valmondois station (Transilien line H, take the Place de la Gare exit).
(S) On leaving the station, head to the right. At the level crossing, follow Avenue de la Gare to the left, following the yellow PR® markings. At the end, first turn right then left onto Boulevard de la Gare.
(1) When the boulevard turns left, turn right onto Chemin des Sablons. Head north-west up the road to the next junction.
(2) Then turn sharply right. Next, take the first path on the left (no. 71) and cross through a wood.
(3) At the T-junction, turn left. After less than a hundred metres, turn right. Leave the woods and pass between fields. At the T-junction, turn right and head downhill. Further on, you’ll reach the tarmac and continue straight ahead.
(4) You will come out onto Rue de Nesles (D64) and follow it to the right. Stay on this main road until you reach the foot of Parmain Church.
(5)Turn left onto Rue du Maréchal Foch. Take the first right, Rue Guichard. At the junction, go straight on and cross a branch of the Oise. Continue along Rue de Conti and cross two further branches of the Oise in succession.
(6) On the other side of the last bridge, turn left onto Rue de la Capitainerie. At the roundabout, continue straight ahead and walk past a car park on your right. At the corner of the car park, turn right into Parc Manchez. Walk straight ahead and, after about 150 m, turn left.
(7) Leave the park, cross Rue Abbé Breuil and continue straight ahead along Allée le Notre. Keep going straight on until you reach a roundabout.
(8) Go round the roundabout and continue straight ahead along Rue des Chalets. After a left-hand bend, you will come out onto Avenue du Chemin Vert; follow this to the right until you reach the Rond-Point des Héros de la Résistance.
(9) Go round it on the left, then take the second path. Continue along Chemin des Trois Sources.
(10) The pond is on the left. Continue straight on for about 1 km, passing the Clinique Conti and the Les Trois Sources campsite.
(11) Turn left then right, follow the Oise on your left, cross the Ru du Bois, go under a bridge on the A16, then under another bridge on the D301.
(12) Leave the Oise on the right, cross the D 922 then Rue de l’Isle Adam, taking Chemin des Vaches opposite. Follow the woods on the left and enter Mours. Cross the village by taking a path on the left, then take a street on the right to the roundabout.
(13) After crossing it, take a path on the left which leads to Avenue de Grandchamps. Turn right onto it, then right again onto Rue des Lilas, passing in front of the Jacques Prévert Primary School. Cross Avenue de Grandchamps to head opposite onto the green corridor.
(14) Turn right onto Rue de l'Isle Adam, then onto Rue de Beaumont. At the fork, turn left onto Rue de la Cimenterie and continue to the roundabout.
(15) Go round it on the left. Continue straight on along Rue Saint-Roch, skirting the Saint Roch Business Park on the left, and pass the Beaumont-sur-Oise Fire Station.
(16) At the roundabout, turn left and cross the Pont de l'Oise. On the other side, continue straight on along Avenue Jean Jaurès and pass the gendarmerie. Go round a roundabout and follow the car park on your left.
(17) Just before the railway bridge, turn left and head towards Persan Beaumont station (Transilien line H) (E).
