Description of the walk

(S/E) Walk carefully along the N633 towards Stoumont for 100 m.

(1) Take the first small road that goes up to the left and follow the Chemin des Légendes (Red and Yellow) markings.

(2) When you reach Quarreux, continue straight ahead, still on the Chemin des Légendes, towards the Ruisseau de la Chefna.

(3) Turn left and follow the Chefna to the small village of Ville au Bois.

(4) On the road, turn right and continue to follow the Chemin des Légendes signs (red and yellow).

(5) Cross the N606 and walk for 100 m, turning right.

(6) Take the path on the left and continue straight ahead.

(7) From here, there are no more markings. Follow the path to a small crossroads with a bench under a tree and turn left there.

(8) Follow the path that runs alongside the power lines. Cross the N 606 again and continue to Vert Buisson and cross it.

(9) Turn left to join theGR®® which passes through Ninglinspo.

(10) Continue along theGR®® which runs alongside Ninglinspo and return to the starting point (S/E).

A great route that's relatively easy to do!
Beautiful scenery, I think it would be nice to do with children if they are motivated to walk a few kilometres, as the difficulty is not as significant for children as the number of kilometres.

A very beautiful walk, but not recommended for the last two kilometres when the paths are frozen.

Very beautiful hike done in the opposite direction, but very difficult to find, especially the climb in Quareux towards Hé des graviers (mountain bike trail junction).

At point 8, there is no longer a bench and small tree at the crossroads, which is normally recognisable by these features. Otherwise, it's a superb route, one of the most beautiful I've done so far. I would say, however, that the route is quite difficult, especially in the Ninglinspo valley in certain parts of the GR. It's a very technical and challenging route.
