Park in front of the village hall.
(S/E) From the car park, cross Route de Cernay and head up the pedestrian street opposite (Ruelle Saint-Michel), which ends in a flight of steps. At the top, turn left towards the church.
(1) Turn right onto Impasse de la Côte, then right again onto the Sentier Saint-Michel, running alongside the cemetery. Follow the dirt track uphill, keeping the Ruisseau de la Vallée Verrier on your left.
(2) Turn right onto the Sentier de l’Orée, which leads onto a small road; take this to the left. On the right is the wayside shrine with a statue of Our Lady of Protection.
(3) At the crossroads, turn left onto the Impasse de la Vallée Verrier, which continues further on as a footpath. At the junction, turn right onto the Chemin du Mesnil.
(4) At the road, turn left, cross the junction and take the shaded path, continuing along Chemin du Mesnil. You will come to a small road; follow it straight on until the second left-hand bend.
(5) Leave the road and turn right onto the grassy path lined with hedges (Chemin des Tendres). Cross the Ruisseau de la Fontaine Vas and join a road. First turn right then left to head towards the Ruisseau de la Fontaine du Noyer and cross it.
(6) At the junction, turn right towards Les Écorchevilles. Continue straight on to reach Les Collevilles.
(7) Turn right to reach the wash house and its picnic table. Go up the path on the right, then follow a farm track to the left, which can be muddy in bad weather.
(8) Cross the road and continue straight on. Cross the Ruisseau de la Fontaine Vas, then climb up the opposite slope through the woodland.
(9) Turn left to return to Tordouet via Impasse du Champ de la Croix. Finally, turn right to reach the car park in front of the Salle des Fêtes (S/E).
