Starting point at Chemin de la Revirée: parking is available on the street.
(S/E) Head towards Avenue de l’Eygala, cross at the pedestrian crossing set back to the left and turn right to join the narrow lane running parallel to Chemin de la Revirée. Then follow a narrow path that winds its way between the houses as it climbs into the forest. The path is quite steep and is best tackled in dry weather. You’ll reach a tarmac road, the Chemin de Malanot.
(1) Turn right, then walk up the street, enjoying the view of Belledonne.
(2) At the three-way junction, keep to the right onto Chemin Saint-Bruno, which descends slightly.
(3) Turn left onto Allée Saint-Bruno. At the end of the lane, take a short, steep path through the woods which leads onto Chemin de Malacare. Turn right and continue to the junction with Chemin des Villauds, noting as you pass the tree growing through the window of the house on the left-hand side of the road.
(4) Turn left, then right into the car park at the Clos des Capucins. Enjoy the green spaces and take a stroll through the vegetable gardens. Then return to the car park and the Chemin des Villauds.
(4) Walk straight down the street, then turn right onto Avenue du Bourcet. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Avenue de l’Eygala.
(5) Turn right, then right again onto Chemin Saint-Bruno. Turn left onto Avenue Louis Noiray, then continue along Avenue Hector Berlioz.
(6) Turn left onto Avenue Louis Bonnet-Eymard, which leads to Avenue de l’Eygala. Turn right and follow the avenue until you reach Chemin de la Revirée. Turn left to reach the car park (S/E).
