Start the walk from the Branne Tourist Office.
(S/E) With your back to the Tourist Office, take the street opposite, Chemin de Lillot. At the end of this street, turn left, then immediately right onto Rue de la Tannerie, and follow this road to the place called Bousquet.
(1) Turn right towards Saint-Aubin-de-Branne. At the end of this road, at the stop sign, turn left towards the village.
(2) Cross it and, on leaving the village, follow the road on the right. At Bardos, take the road opposite you, which descends slightly, and at Pistouley, continue right towards Estrabeau.
(3) Continue and cross the Ruisseau de l'Engranne. Turn right at the stop sign and you will arrive at the D123.
(4) Turn left towards Rauzan. Follow the departmental road to Rauzan.
(5) Once in Rauzan, turn left onto Grand Rue, leave the village and continue to the roundabout.
(6) Take the second exit (in front of you) towards Ruch and Mérignas. Continue on the D128 until the second four-way intersection.
(7) Turn right onto the road to Vincy and continue to the junction with the D127.
(8) Turn left and follow the road; you will see Blasimont Abbey ahead of you as you descend. At the stop sign, turn left towards Blasimon, pass the abbey and continue until you reach the Cédez le passage sign.
You can access the Blasimon departmental leisure centre from the east entrance, which is located in the bend opposite the abbey.
(9) Turn right towards Blasimon and Sauveterre-de-Guyenne. Go up the hill and pass the speed bumps to reach the village of Blasimon.
(10) Cross the village, then at the end of Rue Eugène Lescourt, turn left towards Cleyrac and Mauriac. Pass a cemetery on your right and continue to the second fork.
(11) Turn left towards Mauriac. Follow this road to arrive in Mauriac, where you will pass the Saint-Saturnin Church.
(12) Go to the stop sign and turn right. At the roundabout, take the second exit on the left towards Saint-Antoine-du-Queyret and follow the road towards Mauriac.
(13) Continue on theD127E4, cross the stream and continue to the second fork and bend.
(14) Turn left at the hairpin bend. At the end of the road, turn right at the stop sign towards Saint-Antoine-du-Queyret.
(15) At the stop sign, turn left, then left again at the stop sign to head towards Saint-Pey-de-Castets on the D126. Continue to Les Auvergnats and the Route de la Grande Borne.
(16) Turn left, then take the first road on the right, Route du Pas de Gencot. In the first bend, follow the road to the left, then straight ahead until the third crossroads at Blaignac.
(17) Follow the road to the left again to reach the village of Ruch. At the stop sign, after the restaurant, go straight ahead towards the Saint-Étienne church. At the next intersection, take Rue Théo Turrier opposite. At the end of the road, turn right, then at the stop sign, turn left and continue to a four-way intersection.
(18) Turn left, still heading towards Saint-Pey-de-Castets, and you will arrive on the D17.
(19) Continue straight ahead and follow the D126 to the village of Saint-Pey-de-Castets. You will pass the Saint-Pierre church in Saint-Pey-de-Castets. Feel free to stop and admire the view.
(20) Turn left in the village of Saint-Pey-de-Castets. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Sainte-Florence on the D18.
(21) In the village, turn right after the first speed bump and drive past the Sainte-Florence arboretum. Follow the D231 to leave the village. At the stop sign, turn left towards Civrac-sur-Dordogne.
(22) At the end of the road, turn left towards Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac. Follow the Dordogne river, staying on this road until you reach the village of Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac. After the church, turn right in front of the town hall and continue to the D670.
(23) At the end of the lane, take the road opposite you towards Branne until you reach the second fork.
(24) Turn right towards Cabara and follow the road into the village.
(25) Cross the village, keeping straight ahead, and continue on theD18E5 until the end of the road.
(26) At the stop sign, turn right (be careful, there is heavy traffic) and return to your starting point in Branne (S/E).
