In the woods of Franqueville-Saint-Pierre

Parking and departure from the cemetery car park, Rue Pierre Curie.

(S/E) With your back to the cemetery entrance, turn left and walk about 600 m until you reach the first building on your left, the drinking water distribution centre for Franqueville-Saint-Pierre.

(1) After the house, turn left onto the path that leads across the fields. At the first X-shaped crossroads, continue straight ahead until you reach the Ferme du Bel Évent.

(2) Turn left and follow this path, which becomes a trail a little further on, until you reach the tarmac road, Route du Faulx D91.

(3) Turn left carefully, staying on the left-hand side of the road due to traffic. Go down to the first turning on the left, ignore it and, 5 m further on, opposite the red brick house, cross the road, then continue straight ahead along the small path just behind the house. Follow this path to the second turning on the left, and turn left onto the D42, Route de Lyons-la-Forêt, a few metres away.

(4) Cross carefully and veer right, staying on the grassy verge for about 660 metres until you reach the pumping station on your right.

(5) Cross this road again and continue along the path opposite, just behind the pumping station. Follow this slightly uphill path, ignoring the turnings on the right and left, to reach the D491, Route de Bois-l'Évêque.

(6) Cross the road carefully and continue along the path opposite , which veers slightly to the right. Ignore two turnings on the left and continue along the path through the fields until you reach Rue de la Bergerie.

(7) Turn right at the T-junction, then right again onto Rue du Clos Vivier. At the next T-junction, continue right onto Rue du Bois d'Ennebourg and continue to the roundabout.

(8) Turn left onto Rue de l'Ancienne Poste, against the traffic. Continue until the first left turn, about 800 metres away. Take the path on the right and immediately turn left.

(9) At the first right turn, first turn right then left onto Sente d'Épinay until you reach the road, Rue de la Nation. Continue straight ahead, pass a left turn, and turn left at the second turn, Rue de l'Abreuvoir, until you reach the T-junction.

(10) Turn right onto Rue Alexandre Saas and continue to the pedestrian crossing in the bend that follows. Cross the road and continue along the path opposite that leads across the fields until you reach the tarmac.

(11) Ignore the road on the right and continue straight ahead on Rue des Champs Fleuris until you reach the drinking water distribution house for Franqueville-Saint-Pierre.

(1) Continue straight ahead, in the opposite direction to the outward journey, until you reach the cemetery car park (S/E).

Between points (2) and (3), on the path after the farm, there is a picnic table just before the path descends.

Between points (6) and (7), in the middle of the fields, there is a concrete bench.
