Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard walks
Lancebranlette with return via Lac sans Fond
Hike starting from the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard, with a low elevation gain of 800 metres, beginning in the mountain pastures, then a well-marked section on schist before the last 250 metres on the grassy western slope, which is never exposed.
High point: regular sightings of male ibex on a ridge.
The detour via Lac sans Fond allows you to make a loop.

The Chemin des Militaires from La Rosière
A breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc massif. From the top station of the Roches Noires chairlift, take the path leading to the strategic site of the Fort de la Redoute Ruinée at an altitude of 2,399 metres.
From there, a suspension footbridge faces Mont Blanc.
Trek across the Gran Paradiso
It may not be true paradise but it certainly is heavenly. An exceptional group trek carried out in July 2011 which allows you to explore the Val D'aoste valleys ending with a balcony trail to Gran Paradiso summit.
La Joux - Deffeyes Shelter
A trek across the Gran Paradiso passing through the 5 surrounding valleys.
La Thuile – Refuge Albert Deffeyes
The hike starts from La Thuile. It is possible to spend the night at the campsite and head up at a leisurely pace in the morning: coffee is served there in the morning (this is Italy, after all). However, as the campsite is near the river, it can be noisy. The views are magnificent along the hike
Tor des Géants
A magnificent hike following the trail of the ultra-trail of the same name. A hike designed for experienced hikers. The sections in the southernmost part can be tricky due to late snowfields on the north-east face. The route is very well marked, so there aren’t really any problems along the way. The hike can be done in either direction. This route allows you to tackle the wildest section at the start. It is also the most technically challenging part.
Deffeyes Shelter - Planaval
A long and difficult stage due to the ascension of 2 passes.
Albert Deffeyes Mountain Hut - Valgrisenche
The hike begins with a long climb up to the pass. The views are magnificent. The descent to Valgrisenche is long. There is a restaurant on the descent to Planaval, run by young people who have taken over their parents’ business. It’s a lovely place to spend some time whilst waiting for the hike to end at the bottom of the valley.
Lex Blanche to Courmayeur - Tour Mont Blanc
This 4th stage of the Tour Mont Blanc (TMB) begins with a descent to Val Veny before climbing up Arp Vieille and to the Fauvre Edge. The route hugs the mountain to reach the ski slopes and drops down 800m to Courmayeur. Let's do it!
The TMB is a classic long-distance footpath that goes around Mont Blanc, passing from France into Italy and through Switzerland before returning to France__.
