Col de Solaison (1507m) walks
Pointe d’Andey via La Revenne and La Dometta
Starting from the hamlet of Termine (in the commune of Le Petit Bornand), I suggest you take a challenging route to reach the Pointe d’Andey. This route offers numerous views and, with a bit of luck, you may spot a few ibex.
Please note: there is a particularly challenging section in the Revenne area, where sure-footedness is essential on steep slopes and near a number of ravines. The route in the opposite direction is not recommended.
For further details, see the difficulty rating by section in the Practical Information section.

The Col de la Forclaz from Entremont to Le Petit Bornand
In the commune of Glières-Val-de-Borne, in the Bargy massif, Lac de Lessy is a true gem at the foot of the Pic de Jalouvre. The walk takes you through forests and mountain pastures. It features a short rocky section. The start from La Joux and the return via Montagne de Paradis and Cocogne are what make this walk unique. You pass the two-hundred-year-old hamlet of Les Chalets de Mayse. The Chalet de Lessy is nestled on the lakeside after the Col de la Forclaz.
