Access the car park at Col de Port via the D618.
(S/E) From the Col de Port car park, take the track opposite, heading north-east, which winds its way through the ferns.GRP® Tour du Pic des Trois Seigneurs.
(1) At the top of this climb, you will arrive at Roc Blanc. Admire the Saurat valley and the Pyrenees mountain range.
Turn right, heading east, and begin an ascent through a grassy area where the path is not easy to follow. You may encounter herds of cows, horses or sheep.
(2) Continue on theGRP®, heading due east.
(3) At the signpost, turn left, heading north-east towards "La Devèze" and begin your descent through the rhododendrons.
(4) At the fork, continue straight ahead, leaving the GRP®. View in the distance of the town of Foix and its recognisable castle with its three towers. Pass the Cabane de la Devèze and enter a forest.
(5) Arrive at Col Mazel. Please note: this is not very well signposted. Take a forest track on the left, then left again. Look for the yellow markings (follow the IGN map).
After a long descent, cross the Baillés stream.
(6) From there, begin the climb towards Pech de Therme.
(7) Begin the second ascent. Pass the Cabane de la Trincade. Head for the summit. At 1570m, you will see the Orri de la Trincade and arrive at Pech de Therme.
(8) Admire the view! Continue descending to the right-southwest through the grassy fields towards the path you took on the way up.
(2) Join theGRP® trail opposite, following the same route as on the way up.
(1) Turn left and descend towards the Col de Port (S/E).

Or do it outside of the fern season when they have grown back.
