Departure from the Lac du Ronzey car park.
(S/E) Go around it on the right bank, heading due south. Turn left, east, and arrive at the cemetery.
(1) Turn right (south) and continue to a place called Le Garon.
(2) At the sign for "Le Garon (alt. 645)", take the path on the left and descend to a place called Le Biternay, where you will join the D62.
(3) Cross it and, at the sign for "Le Biterny (alt. 662)", follow the path south-east to La Mure, where you will rejoin the D628 (alt. 554).
(4) Cross it and, at the sign for "La Mure", turn left (north-west) and descend to the foot of the dam at the end of the access road (signs on hydrology).
(5) Go up to the left to cross to the right bank of the lake. Walk around it along the Discovery Trail until you reach a fork.
(6) Go up completely to the left, along a small (fairly steep) path to a place called La Cornelière.
(7) At the sign for "La Cornelière (altitude 642 m)", turn left and follow the road back towards the village. You will come to an intersection with a car park opposite.
(8) Turn left onto Chemin du Planil and return to the initial crossroads.
(1) Follow the same route back to the car park at Lac du Ronzey (S/E).
