(S/E) From the Tanneurs car park, enter the park and cross the footbridge. Then follow the path on the left along a branch of the Grand Morin river. Pass a tennis court on your right and cross the Grand Morin. Then turn left and then right onto the tarmac path that climbs towards the church, going around it on the left.
(1) At the roundabout, turn right onto Avenue de Rebais.
(2) About 200 metres further on, climb the stairs on the left. At the top, turn right. Take Rue de l'Aitre, then Sentier de l'Aitre. At the end, turn left, then right onto Rue Verte.
(3) Go up this street on the left. At the end, turn left and then immediately right onto Rue Georges Clemenceau. Turn into the first street on the left, Rue Jean de la Fontaine.
(4) At the end of this street, first turn right then left to follow Rue Corneille. Continue along Rue Rabelais. At the end, turn right onto Rue Corot, then left onto Rue Anatole d'Auvergne. Cross Avenue des Alliés, then take Rue Alexandre Fleming on the left. At the end, turn right onto Rue Sainte-Anne.
(5) At the roundabout, turn right onto Rue des Templiers. Ignore the streets on the left and turn right at the end onto Avenue Foch, which leads to another roundabout. Continue straight ahead onto Avenue Joffre.
(6) Turn left onto Rue Charles Péguy, then left again onto Rue du Theil. At the three-way junction, turn left, still on Rue du Theil. Drive through the hamlet of Le Theil, ignoring all the roads on the left and right. At the end, turn left onto Chemin de Montangleust au Theil. Pass the hospital on your left.
(7) Turn right onto La Bauderie to climb towards Le Charnoy. Cross Le Charnoy and take the first street on the left towards Aulnoy. Turn left down Place de la Mairie and continue straight ahead along a path (wash house). Cross Ru du Rognon and immediately turn right to go around the castle.
(8) Take the path on the right (note that this path is no longer visible from the houses; walk carefully along the crops for about 100 metres). Continue to the D402, take this road on the right for 20 metres and turn left onto Le Chafoulé. Follow the road to Grange Justin, ignoring the paths on either side.
(9) Turn left onto the path that runs alongside Grange Justin. At the end of the path (elevation 143), take another path on the left. At the end (elevation 145), turn right. After about 200 metres, turn left onto Rue du Château and continue straight ahead.
(10) At the bend near the water tower, take a steep path on the right (caution). At the bottom of the descent, ignore a path on the left. Then turn left onto Rue de la Caillette, followed by Rue Abel Prouharam. Pass Moulin des Prés and turn right onto Rue des Grands Maisons. Cross the Grand Morin bridge, then keep left, still on the same street, and leave Rue des Mares on your right.
(11) Turn left to reach Rue Delsol. Follow the road straight ahead, turn right and continue on the tarmac. Cross the mini roundabout and continue straight ahead.
(12) Cross Rue Martial Cordier and turn left onto Rue de Varennes, then take the second alley on the right, Rue Ménager.
(13) Take the small Rue Barbier opposite, crossing Rue de la Pêcherie, and rejoin the Président Georges Pompidou road to return to the starting point in the car park (S/E).
