Parking is available on the left side of the church (there is a small car park at No. 8) or on Rue de l'Église or Route de Melin. The hike starts at Saint-Pierre Church in Voulangis.
(S/E) With your back to the church, turn left, join Route de Melun and walk carefully along it.
(1) Turn left onto Chemin du Clos Biger, pass behind the cemetery on your left and, at the end, turn left onto Rue du Tertre and walk for about 100 metres.
(2) Turn right onto Chemin du Breau (PR®), cross Rue de la Croix Saint-Nicolas and continue along Ruelle aux Loups. At the next junction, ignore Ruelle de Bessy and turn left onto Ruelle de Serbonne. At the end, turn left onto the D20 and follow it carefully (GR®1 for about 100 metres).
(3) Turn right at thefirst street, Rue Champ de l'Eau, cross the bridge over the Grand Morin and continue along this street to cross the village of Serbonne.
(4) At the fork in the road, take Rue de la Ferme (PR®) on the left, cross the Ru de la Biche and, at the end of Rue de la Ferme, continue along the path of the same name until you reach the intersection of two marked paths after walking for 100 metres alongside a wood on your right.
(5) Turn right and enter a wood. First turn left then right onto the path you come to, then, at the end, turn right onto a path, Rue de Crécy, in the village of Monthérand. You will come to a crossroads.
(6) Cross Rue de Tigeaux and continue along Rue de Crécy opposite. At the end, turn right onto Rue de Gravin, then turn left onto the next path until you reach an intersection (elevation 77).
(7) At a place called Les Grands Champs, turn left, then right and right again for 100 m, then left, then left one last time.
(8) In the village of Montbrieux, go to the right, ignore the two paths on the left, Les Tilleuls, and turn right onto the GRP®.
(9) Turn right, go straight ahead at the crossroads to join the GR®1 at the second crossroads, ignore the paths on the right and left.
(10) Take the GR®1 on the left (Prairie de Prémol). Follow the Grand Morin on your left, turn left onto Rue de Gravin, then right onto Rue du Bord de l'Eau, which continues along a path.
(11) When you reach Rue de Rézy (PR®), turn left at the bend, then, after passing through Rézy, cross the Grand Morin and, carefully, the D20, and turn right onto Rue de Villeneuve le Comte.
(12) Turn right onto the path, ignore any other paths you come across, cross the D235 with care, take Chemin de Lagny and ignore Rue du Bout d'en Haut. You will arrive at a crossroads with four paths.
(13) At a place called Les Onze Arpents, turn right onto Chemin des Trois Marteaux, ignore the path on the left and, at the next crossroads, turn right onto Sentier des Mares.
(14) Take Rue du Bout d'en Haut on the left, ignore thefirst road on the right and the street on the left, then take the next road on the right, Ruelle du Rondet, to the end. Turn right onto Rue de l'Orme, then immediately left onto Sentier des Rousseaux. Before Route de Meaux, turn left onto Rue des Meylens, then further on, turn right onto Route de Melun.
(1) Follow it carefully to the left to reach Rue de l'Église (S/E).
