The circular route follows theGR® 36 and 46 trails, as well as theGR® de Pays Midi-Quercy and twoPR® trails, one of which leads to the Perte du Cros site (access to which has already been described on another route), with just a short stretch of tarmac needed to link these different sections.

For the most part, the route follows a wide path along the crest, followed by a descent along a narrow, fairly steep path. Please note that this is a one-way route: you will therefore need to arrange for a car to be waiting in Calvignac, or possibly walk back.
