Parking (small car park) on the road leading to the sawmill or at the foot of the waterfall.
Follow the blue rings all the way
(S/E) From the small car park above the sawmill, head north-west, following the road and the stream.
(1) To the right of the waterfall, a steep but well-marked trail quickly leads to a paved road. Follow it to the next hairpin bend.
(2) Turn right onto a forest track that climbs steadily through a coniferous wood.
(3) A 20-metre round trip takes you to Roche Joséphine. Continue along a path to the left, which joins a forest track.
(4) Turn right and walk past an imposing anthill.
(5) Continue and, just after an old farm, turn left and continue to the Saint-Pierre Fourie Chapel.
(6) At the chapel, take the path on the left leading to a house, then continue under a small wood. Cross the tarmac road and head towards Pré Bosson opposite. In the centre of the hamlet, take the tarmac path on the left.
(7) Enter the forest again via a dirt track. It crosses a cultivated area just before beginning the descent after the Croix du Remoiriot and cutting across a road.
(8) Cross it and follow the forest path veering to the left. It leads down a steep descent to the small waterfall road, near the Faymont waterfall car park (S/E).
