Park in the village square in Noailhac.
(S/E) Turn left onto Avenue Charles Tailhades, at the corner of the restaurant, and continue for about 400m. Leave the RD93 and continue to the right until you reach the corner of the sports field. Turn right, drive between the houses and reach a starting point on the right, elevation 255.
Turn right onto theGR®653, Chemin de Saint-Jacques. This is a stony path that climbs between meadows.
Further on, go around La Terrisse on the right. Then, immediately, veer left into the woods. Viewpoint over Pic de Nore. Ignore the two paths leading off to the right and reach the Grand Bois crossroads.
(1) At this junction betweenthe GR® and another path, turn right to leave theGR® and join the departmental road. From now on, there will be some yellow markings.
(2) Turn left onto the road and continue past Malacan. Find a stony path that starts on the right at the corner of a house.
(3) Take this path and join the RD6. Continue right on the road and pass the Prades farm (viewpoint over the Castrais plain). After a few dozen metres, turn right towards Établissements Carayol, TP and MTPS.
(4) Very quickly, turn left onto the path below. You will reach a road.
(5) Cross the small road. Pass in front of the farm building. Immediately afterwards, go around it by turning left. Throughout the walk, there will be views of the Montagne Noire and the Castres plain. Cross the Ganoubre above the cave site. Continue until you reach the road.
(6) Turn right onto the RD 110 and walk to the entrance to Fialessuch.
(7) Take the first path on the right between the houses. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead. The path descends towards Noailhac.
At the next crossroads, continue straight ahead at the corner of the hut. Continue to the crossroads with theGR® and another path, at a place called Galinié. Leave the direction of Noailhac.
(8) Leave the road to Noailhac and turn sharply left onto theGR® 653. Continue until you reach the road.
(9) Turn right onto the RD110 and follow it until the bend.
(10) Take the path on the right and continue straight ahead, even though there is a barrier. Walk alongside the fields of the dairy farm. The path becomes a road and crosses the D93 in Noailhac.
(11) Turn right to reach the car park on the square (A/D).
