(S/E) Take Rue Jean Moulin opposite to head towards the village centre. Go up the steps towards the church and pass under the porch.
(1) Walk past the old cemetery, continuing straight ahead on the tarmac road Chemin des Calvieres, which ends in a dirt track.
(2) Ford the Rieux stream in front of a shelter and a pine tree. Continue to the right at the Y junction. The path climbs straight ahead for 500 metres, ending on a narrow path winding under the holm oaks to altitude 278.
(3) Turn right onto the Lavelane track for 200 metres and, at the vineyard, turn left 180° onto the dirt track going uphill after a wrecked car on the left at the end of the vineyard plot.
(4) Turn left onto a barely visible path in the woods that joins the Montclar ridge, following a wire fence.
(5) At the ridge, turn left and continue straight ahead on the track towards the antenna (markings shared with the Circaète de Montclar hike).
(6) At the antenna, enjoy the view of Limoux and the Aude valley as well as the Pyrenees mountain range. Descend towards the Trois Pechs estate. At the estate, turn left onto the tarmac road until you reach the crossroads (sign for the Rives Blanques estate).
(7) Turn left onto the dirt track between two vineyards and continue straight ahead for 2 km.
(8) You will come to a concrete road. Continue straight ahead for 100 m (there is a picnic area below, accessible by road).
Turn left onto the dirt track until you reach the tarmac road to the village. Take Rue Joseph Delteil towards the church.
(1) Go down to the right to reach the car park (S/E).
