(S/E) From the Lac Bleu car park, pass by the restaurant and walk along the lake on the left, following the green markers, to reach the white path. Turn left, follow the path through the forest or the white path and, at the crossroads, turn left at the corner of the woods.
(1) At the private property sign, turn right, follow the small path along the ditch, then the vineyards, and pass by the small pond on your right. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead, passing by the houses. 80 m after the last house, turn left.
(2) Take the white path, pass the piles of rubble on the path and continue to the barrier.
(3) Turn left, after 100 metres turn right and continue to the white gravel path.
(4) Turn left, follow the path, pass the horse equipment and join the tarmac road.
(5) Take the hairpin bend to the right, cross the small Véret Blanc stream and continue to Château de Léognan.
(6) Turn left opposite the château entrance, follow the path (GR®655) then the small path that branches off opposite the bend for 250 m. At the corner of the field, turn left onto the small path and join a track.
(7) Cross the track and continue straight ahead. There is a solitary chestnut tree in the middle of the crossroads. After a straight stretch, the path turns right and joins a track. Bear left to descend towards the Véret Blanc stream.
(8) Cross the stream on the wooden footbridge, continue along the path, pass a firewood depot and continue to the road.
(9) When you reach the "Caupey" path, turn right. Leave the GR®655.
(10) Take the Piste des Rouges path on the right and cross the Véret Blanc.
(11) Take the path on the left and follow the stream. Stay on the path closest to the Eau Blanche. It winds like the stream in the forest until it reaches the ford.
(12) Ford the stream. It is difficult to cross without getting wet. Take the small path on the left, which allows you to cross the stream on a wooden beam secured with bamboo as a guardrail. Leave the Eau Blanche stream by taking a fairly inconspicuous path. You will arrive in a wooded area. When you reach a field, go around it. Follow the Eau Blanche stream.
(13) Here, cross the Sartre stream and rejoin the Eau Blanche stream. Follow it and make a short turn to the left, then another to the right, along the edge of the vineyard, which you should follow until you reach the edge of the woods.
(14) Cross the woods and follow the vineyard until you reach the path that leads into the forest. At the end of this path, there is a house on the right. You will arrive at the Chemin des Bougès. Turn right and walk for about ten metres.
(15) Take the path on the left. Continue straight ahead, passing under the Château de France, and continue straight ahead until you reach the path between the vineyards.
(16) Turn left and take a wide path between the vineyards. Cross the Eau Blanche and follow it to the intersection just before Lac Bleu, then turn left onto Chemin des Terres Rousses. You will arrive at the car park (S/E).
