(S/E) From the Lac Bleu car park, walk past the restaurant and follow the lake on the left to reach the white path. Turn left, follow the path through the forest or the white path and, at the crossroads, turn left at the corner of the woods.
(1) At the private property sign, turn right, follow the small path along the ditch, then the vineyards, and pass by the small lake on your right. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead, passing by the houses. 80 metres after the last house, turn left.
(2) Take the white road, pass the piles of rubble on the road and continue to the barrier.
(3) Turn left, after 100 metres turn right and continue to the white gravel path.
(4) Turn left, follow the path, pass the horse equipment and join the tarmac road.
(5) Take the hairpin bend to the right, cross the small Véret Blanc stream and continue to Léognan Castle.
(6) Turn left opposite the château entrance, follow the path and then the small trail that branches off opposite the bend for 250 metres. At the corner of the field, turn left onto the small trail (GR®655) and join a track.
(7) Cross the track and continue straight ahead. There is an isolated chestnut tree in the middle of the crossroads. After a straight stretch, the path turns right and joins a track. Bear left to descend towards the Véret Blanc stream.
(8) Cross the stream on the wooden footbridge, continue along the path, pass a firewood depot and continue to the road.
(9) Take the street opposite (Chemin des Bucherons) and continue straight ahead on this street. At the edge of the village, pass in front of the Chevalier Castle driveway, take the Chemin des Terres Rousses, cross the Hermitage Stream, and you will arrive at the lake car park (S/E).
