Start at the Domaine des Granges at Les Fermes Brûlées. Do not park in front of the estate (private property); park at the side of the road (light traffic) or near the village hall, about 500 m from the start.
(S/E) Ignore the tarmac and head towards the quarry, keeping the estate on your left. Carry straight on until you reach thesecond turning on the right (side road).
(1) Ignore the path on the right, which is the return route; continue to the entrance of the quarry and turn left, at the edge of the woods, towards Combe Durand. Then take thefirst grassy path on the right. Depending on the season, the grass may be tall and fallen trees may be present. You will reach a T-junction.
(2) Turn left, then continue along the hard-surfaced path towards the high-speed rail line. Turn right once you are near it and head to the foot of a telecommunications pylon.
(3) Enter the Bois des Montiaux on the right and follow a long straight path to the end, where you must turn left to reach the edge of the woods. After the descent, turn right and head towards a four-way junction.
(4) Head right and continue straight on until you reach the road (D76). Continue to the right until you reach the memorial stone.
(5) Turn right and follow the path along the edge of the woodland to reach the junction with the quarry.
(1) Continue in the same direction to return to the car park at Fermes Brûlées (S/E).
