Park in the car park at La Camonette snack bar, Grande Rue, Village Square. Here you will find an ox shoeing bench and a well.
(S/E) Leave the village via the south, heading towards Chalabre.
(1) Cross the bridge and turn left at the crucifix. The path runs alongside the Hers for 1.4 km; on the other side of the river, you can see the village ramparts. At the foot of the old railway bridge there are two covered picnic tables by the river. Turn left onto the bridge over the Hers and admire La Roseraie on the riverbank. Continue left along the D7 towards the village.
(2) After the pedestrian crossing, turn left onto Rue des Remparts (signposted ‘Église’ and ‘Abbaye’) to walk through the ramparts, see the church and abbey, and go round the village.
(3) Walk a few metres towards the Porte d'Horloge, but stay on the main road, the Grand Rue, until the second pedestrian crossing.
(4) Follow the signs for the Voie Verte to the left, going uphill between the houses. When you reach the Voie Verte, follow it to the left.
(5) At the point where the Voie Verte runs right alongside the road, turn around and take this tarmac road back to the village. At the end of this road, turn left to reach the car park (S/E).
