Head to the hamlet of Bésignan and park in the public car park near the dry toilets.
(S/E) Head south, up the village street, then continue on the stony forest road that winds its way up the Serre de la Croix de Fer until you reach the Col d'Autanne and the three-way junction in another forest path.
(1) Turn right, following the yellow markings, and you will reach the Col d'Oure.
(2) Turn left at a 90° angle heading south, descend and rejoin a forest road at the entrance to the hamlet of Autanne.
(3) Take this road opposite, walk past the two chapels of Autanne, then continue eastwards. Pass through Plan Pèlegrin, where you will find a crossroads.
(4) Stay on the left track to reach a Y-junction at Notre-Dame des Champs.
(5) Turn left again and climb up the Ravin de la Combe via a fairly steep incline. Cross a stream to reach a crossroads below the Col de Bodon.
(6) Take the path on the right, then continue up a gentle slope to reach the Col d'Anjouan.
(7) Begin the descent and shortly afterwards you will reach Col de Peyruergue and its signpost.
(8) Immediately turn left onto the very narrow path, cross a small stream, then continue along the path through the woods until you reach a four-way junction.
(9) Continue straight ahead and, at the next crossroads, leave the path on your right and continue straight ahead. Cross another stream. Shortly afterwards, you will come to a four-way crossroads.
(10) Go straight ahead and walk alongside the Combette farm. Continue on to the Argensole farm.
(11) Walk along the Ruisseau l'Ennuye stream at a distance. Cross the tarmac road and continue to the hamlet of Le Moulin.
(12) Stay on the road on the left, walk alongside the Ruisseau de l'Ennuye stream and then join the small Route des Châtaigniers (D162) and take it straight ahead. Further on, cross the Ruisseau de Côte Adret stream. Then walk alongside the Ferme de la Condamine farm and shortly afterwards you will come to a crossroads with several directions.
(13) Leave the road and take the path opposite leading up to the village, go around the sheds on the left and rejoin the Chemin Lacour then the Route Fontbonne to return to the Bésignan car park (S/E).
