(S) From the lodge, walk through the village of Besi Sahar.

(2) Follow the track eastwards and then north-eastwards to reach the village of Bhulbhule.

Notes

An introductory stage to help us get to know Nepal. The heat, the locals and, above all, the famous ‘Namaste’ greeting, which we’ll need to say whenever we meet anyone. We also got to experience the famous Himalayan footbridges that will feature throughout this trip. Today we crossed one made of bamboo and two proper ones at Khudi and Bhulbule. In Ngadi, we took part in a festival and marvelled at the beautiful Nepalese dances.
