Puits de Raimu car park at the end of Chemin de Ruissatel.
(S/E) Head north and turn left to follow a tarmac road, then a track after Mas de Massacan: blue markings.
(1) Continue straight ahead at the fork.
(2) Leave the track and turn left onto the blue-marked path that leads to Angèle's farm (from Marcel Pagnol's film Angèle). Pass the ruins of the farm and walk through the forest along the edge of the meadows.
(3) Turn right to follow the Sentier Pierre Tchernia trail, which climbs up to the Barres du Saint-Esprit. After a steep climb, pass in front of Panturle's house and come out onto a platform: this is the arrival point at the Barres du Saint-Esprit, the remains of Aubignane (film Regain). Magnificent view of the surrounding peaks. Pass under the arch, climb a few steps and you will come to a plateau. Continue to follow the blue markings and you will reach an intersection.
(5) Take the path on the right that leads to the Croix des Barres du Saint-Esprit. This path is very stony and rocky in places: sharp limestone pavement. Reach the cross: beautiful view of Marseille.
(6) Retrace your steps.

(7) Turn right, leaving the blue markings, and follow this track to Col d'Aubignane, where you will find the markings again: beautiful view of Grande Tête Rouge and Taoumé.
