Park in the Eygalières school car park along Avenue Léon Blum.
(S/E) Walk along the avenue to the junction with Avenue de la Lèque.
(1) Turn right and continue until you reach a car park on the edge of the forest.
(2) Turn right onto the path to enter the forest. Head towards Maset de la Lèque.
(3) Take the path in front of the building. Descend towards a well, then turn left onto a path at the end of the field. Continue southwards and cross the narrow valley to reach the ridge. This section is steep and slippery after rain. You will then reach the junction with Chemin Forestier du Gros Calan.
(4) Take it to the right and follow the Gros Calan to quickly reach theGR®6crossroads.
(5) Take theGR® on the left and continue to the multiple crossroads where there is a DFCI water tank.
(6) Leave theGR® and turn right at almost 180° onto Chemin du Badon. Atthe second bend, take the path up a small ridge. You will reach a crossroads of paths at the foot of Petit Calan.
(7) Continue straight ahead, pass under the western ridge of Petit Calan and join the D24. Follow it to the right for about 100 metres and join the junction of Pont Romain and theGR®6.
(8) Then make a return trip to the left to reach this bridge. Back at the crossroads, take theGR®6opposite. Cross the D24b carefully to reach Eygalières and the initial crossroads passed on the way there.
(1) Turn 90° to the right to reach the Eygalières school car park (S/E).
