From Vaison-la-Romaine, head towards Roaix on the D977 and, after about 3km, park your car on the right-hand side of the road after the hotel "La Bastide de Vaison"
(S/E). Take the dirt track with your back to the D977 to reach the small tarmac road.
Take the road on the left, an old railway line, and follow it for about 1 km through fields and vineyards, passing the hamlet of Saint Estéve on your right.
(1) After a grove, turn left onto the path at the edge of the field that runs alongside the Sausses ravine to join the D977 departmental road.
(2) Follow it to the right for about 500 metres, then cross over to join theGR®4(white and red markings).
(3) Turn left onto theGR® towards Saint Just, pass it to reach a three-way junction.
(4) Take theGR® trail to the right towards the chapel and leave theGRP® trail (marked in yellow and red) on your left. Turn right, following the markings, and cross the Darboux woods. Join a dirt track and follow it to the left.
(5) Leave the path and turn right, cross the Rieu stream (be careful, narrow grassy path) towards Mont Vert to reach a dirt track. Follow it to the left until the next intersection, still on the GR®.
(6) At the intersection, turn left to climb into the forest, still following theGR® for about 1 km. Then turn left and leave theGR®4to follow aGR® de pays (yellow and red markings) towards the Notre-Dame d'Aubusson Chapel.
(7) Continue on theGRP® trail to the right to climb up to the chapel.
(8) Descend via the small path through the woods behind the chapel, then leave the woods and walk along a path bordering the vineyards to rejoin theGR® de Pays and a tarmac road.
(9) Follow the tarmac road to the right towards Séguret, through fields and vineyards for 800 metres until you reach the second intersection.
(10) Turn left towards "Derrière le Château", a path that is half dirt, half tarmac, still on the GRP®.
(11) When you reach the place called Derrière le Château, turn right to climb first along the edge of the vineyards and then quickly into the woods to reach the keep overlooking the village of Séguret.
(12) After visiting the site, descend back down to Séguret via the small steep path to reach the entrance to the village. Join theGR®4via the tarmac road that leaves the village towards the school, route de Sablet.
(13) Before the schools, when you reach the place called Notre-Dame (chapel), take theGR® on the right for a short climb towards the chapel and Le Fournas via the Chemin de Sommier.
(14) Turn right into the woods to pass by the Fournas. Stay on theGR® in the forest to reach the intersection with theGRP® which leads to the Notre-Dame d'Aubusson chapel about 1km away.
At the intersection, leave theGRP® on your right and turn left to retrace your steps and arrive at the starting point (S/E).
