Description of the walk

Park in the small car park in the village, on the edge of the D840.

(S/E) Turn right onto the D-road, proceed carefully for about twenty metres, then turn onto the path on the left that runs parallel to it. Continue to Saint-Georges and the Gouffre de Padirac resurgence, which is on the right.

(1) Turn left, then right after a few dozen metres and, further on, take a small road that bends right at the river before joining the D840.

(2) Follow the path running alongside the D840 on the left, then go through the tunnel underneath and continue to the left. Once at the nearby junction (cross), turn right towards Veyssou.

(3) Go under the railway line and continue straight on to join the D11 before Veyssou. Follow the road in the same direction to reach the village crossroads.

(4) Turn right onto the tarmac road and continue along the path that follows it.

(5) Cross the footbridge over the railway line and continue straight on to reach Montvalent.
