Park at the Hostellerie d'Hérock in the municipality of Houyet.
(S/E) Take the road down to the village.
(1) Leave the church and the shrine to the Virgin Mary on your right, as this is the way back, and continue along the main road.
Cross the Lesse and pass in front of the "La Romagne" campsite.
(2) After the campsite, access the Ravel just before the bridge over the road by taking a small slip road (50 m) on the left. Once on the Ravel, turn right towards the old Hour station. (towards Houyet)
Continue on your way through the tunnel (great fun for children to play ghosts). Continue on the RAVeL.
(3) Cross the Lesse again. Continue on your way until you reach the sign for 'Ferme d'Harroy' and follow the directions.
Take the slightly sloping path that takes you back over the RAVeL.
(4) Cross the car park at Harry's farm and continue straight ahead. Follow the Lesse on your right along the road.
(5) Please note: when the road veers away from the Lesse in a left-hand bend, continue straight ahead along a small uphill path that enters the woods. You can still hear the sound of the water.
(6) You will then come to a wider path, 'la Route de la Reine', which you should take to the right.
Continue along this path until it reaches the main road.
Don't be surprised if the path gradually moves away from the Lesse.
(7) Just before the junction with the main road, take the small path downhill on the right. Follow this path and it will take you close to the starting point in Hérock.
(1) Once you reach the church, all you have to do is climb a little to the left to find the Hérock hostelry.
