Vehicle parking and start of the walk, along the Saint-Martinien recreational lake.
(S/E) Head towards the church via Rue du Presbytère, pass in front of the church and immediately afterwards, turn right twice to take the descending path. Continue along this path, ignoring the one on the right, and join the tarmac road at the entrance to the hamlet of La Chapelle.
(1) Immediately leave the main road to enter the hamlet on the right and cross it. On leaving, rejoin the main tarmac road. Follow it for 100 metres and take the first path on the right, which is steeply downhill. Then follow the course of La Bartillatte, ignoring all the paths on the left. Reach a bridge over the stream.
(2) Cross the bridge and continue to the right on the path uphill until you reach a small tarmac road. Take this road to the left until you reach a crossroads with another tarmac road. Take this road to the left.
(3) At the entrance to the hamlet of Jailles, just before the "Jailles" sign, take the beautiful track on the right. Continue along this path, ignoring all side paths, until you reach a stream coming from the right, the Savernat.
(4) Keep to the right, cross the stream via the rustic footbridge or ford and continue along the sunken path uphill until you reach a small tarmac road.
(5) At the crossroads with the tarmac road, take the first path on the left, then 250 metres further on, take the path on the right leading to the stadium. Walk past the stadium and take the first path on the right to reach the lake and the starting point (S/E).
