In Savigny-lès-Beaune, park at the cemetery.
If you arrive via the centre of Savigny (coming from Bouze-lès-Beaune), drive through it and turn left at the cross to reach the cemetery. If you arrive from the other side, turn right at the cross after the numerous speed bumps on this road.
(S) Head towards the village via Rue du Docteur Guyot. Turn right at the second road. Follow the purple markings and stay on this road. When you start to see the bell tower of the church in Aloxe-Corton, turn right when you see a wooden cross next to a stop sign (1). Cross the D18 and take the road opposite, which will lead you to Aloxe-Corton.
When you arrive in Aloxe Corton, you will pass a wine merchant (La Reine Pedauque). Turn left and take Rue de Planchot (2) (follow the signs for Château de Corton). At the crossroads, take the road opposite (Rue des Cortons), which will take you to Château de Corton André. Pass the château and continue straight ahead. At the first crossroads, turn right (3) (Chemin des Valozieres) and continue straight ahead until you reach the D974. Please note that this is a dangerous crossing. Cross the road and you will pass in front of the Notre Dame du Chemin chapel. Continue along this road until you reach the crossroads (4).
At the crossroads, take the bridge and follow Rue Massenet, which runs alongside the castle wall. At the stop sign (5), turn right to see the castle, then retrace your steps. Turn right onto Rue des Cras and continue along this road until you reach the crossroads with Avenue de Corton, then turn left onto Avenue de Corton. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead until you reach the D974. Cross it and take the road opposite. Watch out for traffic. Go up this road and follow the road on the left after the large house (6). Turn right at the next crossroads. Then follow the road on the right and take the path opposite. At the next junction, turn right and follow thePR® Pernand-Vergelesses signs (7). When you come out of the woods, you will start descending on a path that leads to a road. Cross the two roads via the grassy central reservation and go up the path opposite. When you reach the top, turn left onto the road (8). Going down this road, turn left towards the viewpoint and go up this road which leads to a plain with a picnic area. At the statue of the Virgin Mary, turn right and take the path that leads you back down to the road. At the path, turn right then left onto the road (9) and go down towards Pernand-Vergelesses (rue de Fretille).
You will pass a wash house and then the church. After the church, turn right (rue Jacques Copeau). At a house with a glazed roof, take rue Rameau Lamarosse on the right (10). At the crossroads, continue straight ahead. At the next crossroads, turn left onto rue des Chenevières and continue to the D18. Take the D18 on the right until the next crossroads. Turn left (11) and go up this road. At the crossroads, take the grassy path in front of you (the road is on the left and a path is on the right). Go up this path in the middle of the forest. At the top, you will come out onto vineyards and fields. Continue straight ahead until you reach the tarmac road. Turn left (12) and follow this road downhill until you reach the edge of the forest. At the forest, turn right and walk along it. Turn onto the first path on the left (markedPR®) and follow this path through the forest, which will take you back down to Savigny-lès-Beaune. At the end of the path, you will come to a road (13). Turn right and follow this road downhill. At the crossroads, take Rue du Jarron opposite, which will take you to a fountain and Savigny Castle. At the castle, continue right onto Rue Général Leclerc. Turn right at the first street and you will pass in front of the De Nicolay manor house. Follow Rue Sœur Goby, pass in front of the monument and then turn left.
(14) Cross the Rhoin. At the stop sign, turn right and at the cross, turn left to return to your vehicle (E).
