  4. 3 : km 2.35 - alt. 235 m - Road crossing. Send runners over wall down Limestone way path to exit gate - M3 Road
  5. 4 : km 2.48 - alt. 215 m - By gate. Point the runners across the road and onto pavement towards middleton - M4 Road
  6. 5 : km 2.52 - alt. 215 m - Road crossing. Get the runners on the pavement side and towards middleton, next path is on the left hand side 400m up the rd down to the river - M5
  7. 6 : km 2.87 - alt. 219 m - Make sure nobody misses the downward path onto the river - M6 Path
