  5. 4 : km 0.79 - alt. 225 m - Follow the signed paths up to Sedbusk.
  6. 5 : km 1.57 - alt. 285 m - On reaching the road, turn right, and then left. This turns into the Shutt Lane track.
  7. 6 : km 2.41 - alt. 364 m - Follow the signed and obvious track up to North Rakes Hill.
  8. 7 : km 3.67 - alt. 528 m - Follow vague tracks that run alongside the crags.

  18. 17 : km 13.2 - alt. 513 m - At the junction of tracks, turn right.
