- 2 : km 1.21 - alt. 2 m - Exit beach continue through car park veer right onto path continue on path to Tennis Courts to Anzac Parade
- 3 : km 1.98 - alt. 18 m - Cross Pittwater Road, turn right continue onto Pittwater Road heading North
- 4 : km 4.91 - alt. 5 m - Turn left after the car park, toilets and water.
- 5 : km 4.99 - alt. 2 m - Turn left onto Narrabeen Lagoon Trail continue on the trail
- 6 : km 13.08 - alt. 1 m - Continue over bridge and keep left onto the trail
- 7 : km 14.3 - alt. 9 m - Turn left onto MacTier Street
- 8 : km 14.68 - alt. 11 m - Cross Pittwater Road turn right continue onto Pittwater Road
- 9 : km 16.18 - alt. 17 m - Turn left onto Brissenden Avenue, turn right onto Beach Road, turn left onto Anzac Avenue, turn right at Golf Course entrance continue to Long Reef Headland Lookout
- 10 : km 17.94 - alt. 22 m - Continue onto Bicentennial Walkway to Long Reef Beach
- 11 : km 18.46 - alt. 3 m - Veer left down ramp onto Long Reef Beach continue on the beach to Dee Why Beach
- S/E : km 20.12 - alt. 5 m
