- S/E : km 0 - alt. 105 m - Start at the Duck Pond facing Silsden Beck, turn right and follow Kirkgate until you cross the canal Bridge
- 2 : km 0.27 - alt. 105 m - Turn right down Sykes lane and right again. You will be on the canal towpath. Head left.
- 3 : km 1.34 - alt. 103 m - At the farm. Take the gate on the left and follow the path until you get the river.
- 4 : km 1.85 - alt. 87 m - Turn left and follow the river bank back towards Silsden.
- 5 : km 2.62 - alt. 88 m - Climb the embankment by river bridge. Safely cross the road and pass over the old beck bridge.
- 6 : km 2.66 - alt. 88 m - Head onto the gravel road
- 7 : km 2.74 - alt. 87 m - Over the new bridge, Follow the path across the fields
- 8 : km 3.8 - alt. 87 m - Cross the stone style and head straight to the next two wooden styles until on a pathway between two gardens, Head left and follow it to the road
- 9 : km 4.04 - alt. 93 m - Turn right and follow the farm track up a slight hill
- 10 : km 4.78 - alt. 97 m - You will approach the farm on the right-hand side, head left to the canal and head up the stone steps in the corner

- 12 : km 5.8 - alt. 104 m - Turn left and cross the swing bridge and head up the gravel track
- 13 : km 5.94 - alt. 115 m - At the top of the track turn left and head towards the scout centre

- 16 : km 6.43 - alt. 173 m - Follow the wall around until you arrive at a metal gate in front of you. Pass through it
- 17 : km 6.58 - alt. 189 m - Head up the field with the woods on your left until you see a stone style cross the style and approach the yellow bulldozer. Follow the lower
path downhill
- 18 : km 6.95 - alt. 137 m - Once leveled out head straight through the woods parallel to the wall
- 19 : km 7.71 - alt. 152 m - At the end of the woods, go through the next field until you're at the road. Turn Right
- 20 : km 7.93 - alt. 186 m - Turn left through head through the fancy gates and follow the track. until it forks. Head right
- 21 : km 8.16 - alt. 193 m - About 20 meters up the grass track take a left through the gate and follow the path through the woods.
- 22 : km 8.62 - alt. 210 m - Cross the small stream and waterfall and then pass over the fence, follow the track downhill
- 23 : km 8.67 - alt. 213 m - Head through the gate and you will be at Holden Beck Falls. Cross the bridge or ford the river (if you have your wellies)
- 24 : km 8.89 - alt. 243 m - Head Straight up the hill from the bridge and cross the field until you see a gate in the corner
- 25 : km 9.09 - alt. 259 m - Head through the gate and around the farm path.
- 26 : km 9.21 - alt. 266 m - Turn left at the farm crossroads and follow the track crossing two cattle grids
- 27 : km 9.47 - alt. 251 m - Turn left onto Brunthwaite Lane and follow the road all way down into Brunthwaite
- 28 : km 10.56 - alt. 158 m - Pass the Golf course on the left
- 29 : km 11.02 - alt. 142 m - At the grassy junction turn right and follow the road up
- 30 : km 11.15 - alt. 146 m - Turn left at Terry's Tires and head through the farm.
- 31 : km 11.18 - alt. 146 m - Follow the path keeping the new school on the right. pass through the gate and head to the end of the road.
