  1. S/E : km 0 - alt. 145 m
  2. 1 : km 0.97 - alt. 135 m - Bramley Bank is managed by the London Wildlife Trust. It is woodland, acid grassland and has a pond. Also has views to nearby fields with horses.
  3. 2 : km 1.43 - alt. 134 m - Heathfield is a free to access park and garden. Disabled toilet only for public. Croydon Ecology centre is based in the heritage orchard which is open 1st and 3rd Sunday’s of each month 10.30 -5ish. Special events throughout the year. (Good place to watch Biggin Hill airshow for free)
  4. 3 : km 1.65 - alt. 145 m - You can choose to start the walk here as this is a tram stop point from East Croydon railway station.
  5. 4 : km 2.35 - alt. 137 m - Shirley Hills viewpoint. Views over London city skyline. Part of the ‘London Loop’ walk.
  6. 5 : km 3.35 - alt. 104 m - Coombe Wood. Wood and ornamental garden with cafe and toilet facilities. Green Flag award and Britain in Bloom recommended. Close by are two restaurants and a hotel.
  7. 6 : km 4.17 - alt. 97 m - At this point the walk can be extended by going down the hill, crossing the road into the Croham Hurst Woods.
  8. 7 : km 6.07 - alt. 142 m - Littleheath Woods are well managed by a local group (friends of Littleheath) who provide walks throughout the year. These Woods are renowned for bluebells and butterflies in the open central field. The ‘Vanguard Way’ passes through these Woods.
  9. S/E : km 6.27 - alt. 150 m
