- S/E : km 0 - alt. 63 m - • Meet point is at the car park by Polesworth Garage
- 2 : km 0.03 - alt. 63 m - • All on to Rykard Close. (over bridge and on left) All off start collecting. Come back to Bridge Street junction.
- 3 : km 0.7 - alt. 65 m - • Left onto Bridge Street (becomes Station Road)
- 4 : km 0.92 - alt. 67 m - • Left into Pooley View. Don’t do Gables. Left up Francis Close. Follow Pooley View round.
- 5 : km 1.53 - alt. 67 m - • Left into Greenway then do all of Rowland Ave. Back down and left into Windsor Rd.
- 6 : km 1.84 - alt. 64 m - • Left onto Pooley View and right into Goodere Dr. All on at junction with Pooley View.
- 7 : km 2.85 - alt. 70 m - • Right onto Pooley View back round to where you turned into Goodere Dr. All off.
• Do Pooley View and Orchard Close (left)
- 8 : km 3.12 - alt. 71 m - • Right onto Station Road (do Bear Lane Close on left). Keep going up Station Rd.
- 9 : km 3.75 - alt. 67 m - • Left onto Nethersole Street keep going until you get to the 2nd Elizabeth Avenue turn on your left. Left into Elizabeth Ave Right into Princes Rd back onto Elizabeth ave (right) down to junction with Nethersole Street. All on and back up to where you started into Elizabeth Avenue. All off.
- 10 : km 4.86 - alt. 70 m - • Collect up Coronation Ave including loop to High Street. All on. Right onto High Street, Right onto Bridge Street, Straight over to market Street, go over humpback bridge and all off.
- 11 : km 6.45 - alt. 71 m - • Collect up Fairfield Hill to Birchmoor Road. Right into Dexter Way and all roads off. Once done all on.
- 12 : km 7.9 - alt. 95 m - • Leftonto Birchmoor Rd, down Fairfields Hill, Left into The Gullet and All off start collecting (don’t do the short bit on the left)
- 13 : km 8.76 - alt. 72 m - • Left into Ensor to end then back round to Kiln Way.
- 14 : km 9.21 - alt. 71 m - • Left into Kiln Way and follow round.
• Finish at junction of Kiln Way and Ensor Drive.
- S/E : km 9.66 - alt. 63 m - • All on and back to Polesworth Garage car park.
