Tunnel Beach

Driving to start: To reach the start, Waldronvile eastern side, follow the direction "Southern Scenic Route" and, at the 4-ways junction, turn right towards Tunnel Beach. Park in the car park.

(S/E) Walk to the toilet block and take the well-maintained path which switchback downhill.

(1) At the junction, carry on to descend along the path. Enjoy the view on the ocean from the decks then walk back to the main path.

(2) Carry on walking to the bottom.

(3) Enter the tunnel and walk down the stairs until you reach the beach. "You can find seals on the beach. At low tide, you can walk along the beach." Then, walk back up the stairs, through the tunnel, and walk back to the junction with the path left.

(2) Ignore it and stay right on the path going straight up.

(1) You will find the well- maintained path on your right to walk back to the car park. (S/E)

Terrain: The path is paved until you reach the bottom. Walk until the end when you reach the tunnel. Do not only stop to watch the arch into the sea.

Facilities: Toilets at the start.
