Park in the small car park near the bridge over the Boudigau and the Pointe campsite.
(S/E) Head north on the sandy track known as "Voie de Soulac".
(1) Turn right. Then move away from the Boudigau by turning left, then right to walk alongside the houses and come out on Rue du Barrat. Continue straight ahead, join Avenue de l'Adour and follow it to the right.
(2) Cross Le Boudigau, then turn left to follow the riverbank. Next, cross the housing estate, following Rue des Chevreuils, until you reach the roundabout.
(3) Ignore Avenue Jean Lartigau, then turn left and carefully follow the D152 (Boulevard des Cigales) towards Hossegor.
(4) Turn right onto Avenue du Gaillou. When you reach the roundabout, turn left. Immediately afterwards, take the path on the left that runs alongside the tennis club. At the crossroads, turn right onto Allée des Passereaux and continue straight ahead.
(5) After the left turn, turn right and enter the forest. The path climbs straight up to the foot of Tuc des Neuf Églises. Turn right and join it.
(6) Continue eastwards to a wide track near an industrial estate. Take the hairpin bend to the right towards the south-west and continue to a T-junction.
(7) Turn left, heading south, and continue in this direction, ignoring any side roads.
(8) Once at this multiple junction, turn right towards the west and continue straight ahead until you reach a junction.
(9) Turn right towards the north-west. Stay on the marked path, which bends to the left and returns to the D652.
(10) Turn left, then take the first right towards La Pointe to return to (S/E) after crossing Le Boudigau.
