(S/E) Start in front of the house at the entrance to La Ramie, by the roadside linking Poumarat to La Ramie.
Follow the road as it climbs northwards. Keep to the left and pass above a small water reservoir.
Follow the road and pass through the hamlet of La Côte.
(1) Carry on straight ahead along the road. Further on, just past the last house in La Côte on your left, you’ll come to a crossroads with a path to the left, one to the right and the road continuing straight ahead. There’s a cross on the right and a large, flat meadow on the left.
(2) Take the path on the left, walk along the meadow for 40 metres and turn slightly to the right to enter the woodland. The path is pleasant and well-marked; you can jog along it… Carry on straight ahead; do not take the path you’ll find on your left. You should then come to a section of woodland with deciduous trees and large rocks on your right forming a mound. This spot is very beautiful. Continue down the path, keeping the rocks on your right. At the next junction, take the path that descends to the left; you’ll soon reach the road.
(3) Cross the small road and carry on straight ahead, between the houses of the small hamlet of La Roche, then turn left to leave the hamlet. At the crossroads, carry on straight ahead, once again onto a small road that descends towards a house and then turns into a path.
(4) Follow the path, which climbs slightly, to reach the hamlet of Le Cheix. Walk through the hamlet, following the level path; you’ll come across a ground-level pond on the left and, a little further on, a large house on the right.
(5) Continue along the track, which turns right after the house and descends alongside the meadows. Shortly afterwards, the track turns left and climbs towards the Château du Teilhet.
(6) Turn left before the property and go round the tennis court and swimming pool on the left… You’ll come out onto the road. Turn left until you reach the junction with another road. Cross this road and take the path that climbs into the forest.
(7) Ignore the path branching off to the left and carry on straight ahead. The climb just before La Grangette is a bit steep; you’ll arrive below the houses and pass through the middle of them by turning right. You’ll come out onto the path you took on the way there. Turn right to return to the hamlet of La Ramie (S/E)
