Park in the small dirt car park along the D78.
(S/E) Cross the D78 carefully and take the track opposite the car park. Continue to the first junction.
(1) Turn left onto the track climbing up the hillside via Les Trincades.
(2) Turn right onto a slight incline and reach a T-junction.
(3) Turn left and follow a stream.
(4) Continue straight ahead until you reach a crossroads.
(5) Turn left and continue straight ahead until you reach the lake that occupies the former Mas Rouge quarry.
(6) Retrace your steps to the previous junction.
(5) Turn left and continue to the next crossroads.
(7) Turn right and continue to a fork in the road.
(8) Head right and cross the clearing planted with olive trees: the path is faint, even invisible. Then begin the ascent on a narrower, steeper path under the vegetation. Keep going in the same direction, ignoring the paths on the right. When you reach a flat area, leave the path a few dozen metres to the left to reach a small rock at the top of a cliff: enjoy the view.
(9) Retrace your steps and then rejoin the route by turning left. You will soon come to a track.
(10) Turn right and head south downhill towards the car park. You will come to a junction with another track.
(11) Turn right and rejoin the first fork you passed on the way up.
(1) Continue straight ahead, cross the D78 carefully and return to the car park (S/E).
