Description of the walk

The starting point for the route is the Étang Neuf car park.

(S/E) Head north along the edge of the lake, then take a path.

(1) At the fork in the road, take the path on the left, cross the first footbridge and, when you reach the track, turn right. After about 250 m, you’ll find a path on your left; take it.

(2) When you reach the bottom, cross the second footbridge. Then walk along the field until you reach a track and turn left. Shortly afterwards, don’t miss the path on your left which will take you to the jetty.

(3) From the jetty, retrace your steps back to the track and turn left to continue the route. Pass through the hamlet of Les Corrioux Hauts and you’ll reach a road.

(4) Follow this road, which takes you back towards the lake along the embankment to the car park (S/E).
