Start : Car park at the entrance to Mas Soubeyran, near the Musée du Désert and the picnic area.

(S/E) Go towards the museum following the GR®61 - GR®67 (red and white markings) that you will follow until you see a sign. Pass by the museum and bear right to reach the Mas Soubeyran signpost. Continue in the direction of Mialet on the small road that passes through the hamlet then continues to join the D50a.
(1) Follow this road on the right with caution. It's not very busy, but vehicles drive quite fast; stay on the left side of the road. Ignore a road that goes to the right, then, at a fork, shortly after, leave the D50a to follow a smaller road to the left.
(2) About 50 metres further, look out for the GR® markings indicating the path to take on the right. Go down until you reach the D50. Follow it to the right to cross the Ruisseau de Montcoucou and then immediately turn left onto a path that runs along the Gardon de Mialet.
Pass near a submersible footbridge with, on the other side of the Gardon, the old mill. Continue without crossing the Gardon to arrive on the D50 at the entrance of Mialet.
(3) Continue along the street in front of you to reach the signpost "Mialet Rue J. Bernard". Continue in the direction of Saint-Jean-du-Gard along the main village street. At the signpost "le Temple", continue towards Saint-Jean-du-Gard. Leave the village of Mialet and go down the steps to be at the level of the Pont des Camisards.
At the signpost, continue in the direction of Aïgladines. Then follow the road for about 500 m.: Be careful! It's not the most pleasant part. This road is not very busy but vehicles can drive quite fast. Stay on the left side of the road.
(4) Shortly after a bridge over a stream that joins the Ruisseau des Prades and the Ruisseau des Gardies, leave the D50, taking the small road that climbs to the right to reach the place called Les Clapiers. Continue straight ahead on the path that continues from the road. This path, very stony, goes up gradually to the hamlet of Aïgladines and the signpost of the same name.
(5) Leave the GR® and follow the direction of Les Plans, turning immediately to the left, under small archways. The path goes down the slope through undergrowth to join the D50; signpost "les Plans". Cross the road with caution and follow, opposite and slightly to the left, a small road, in the direction of La Borie.
(6) Cross the river by the submersible bridge, then continue on the small road which rises gradually.
(7) At the "la Borie" signpost, continue to the left in direction of the Pont des Camisards by the GR®61 (Red and White markings). After a very short portion of road, take a path on the left. Initially flat, the path starts to go down progressively becoming more and more stony. Continue on the small road that continues from the path near some houses to reach the Pont des Camisards again.
(8) Leave the GR® at the signpost, to follow, straight ahead, the direction of Travès, following yellow markings. The path, between the river and the cliffs, passes by the hamlet of Paussan then arrives at the submersible bridge of Paussan at the "le Travès" signpost.
(9) Rejoin the GR®61 - GR®67 (red and white markings) and follow them, in the direction of Mas Soubeyran, crossing the river on the bridge. Just on the other side of the Gardon, turn to the right and follow the path. Further on, reach another submersible bridge (do not use it), then go up to the D50 and look for the "Rouquette" signpost. Follow the direction of Mas Soubeyran, cross the D50 once again, with caution, and turn left then right to reach a small road that joins the hamlet of Mas Soubeyran (S/E).
