(S/E) Follow the V45, Rue Jean Monnet, pass the restaurant, then turn right onto Rue des Écoles and continue to a multi-way intersection.

(1) Turn left onto Rue du Goahr (dead end). Continue straight ahead, then after the right-hand bend, turn left and continue until you reach some small wooden barriers.

(2) Go through them and immediately turn right to reach the road. Follow it to the left, then quickly turn right onto a small dirt track at the small stone cross. Follow it (V45) straight ahead, then continue along Rue de Kerlann Born and reach No. 44 in a right-hand bend.

(3) Take the dirt track opposite, a cycle route through fields and forests, with wooden footbridges. Turn left, then right at a sharp angle. At the tarmac, turn left, go through a 90° bend and take the path on the right a few metres further on. After the ponds and a right-hand bend, you will reach the hamlet of Kervaché.

(4) Continue straight ahead, then at the next crossroads, continue to the left and arrive at a four-way crossroads with a bench.

(5) Turn left, after a right-hand bend ignore a path on the right and turn left at the next fork. You will reach a cycle path on the left which allows you to cross the D20.

(6) Take this path, pass under the main road and follow the path to a road.

(7) Continue straight ahead, then, at Lérigouët, continue along the path until you reach a crossroad.

(8) Turn right, then left at the small cross (D199A). Continue left onto Rue du Mare and follow it to the end.

(9) Turn right (D195) and follow the road carefully until you reach theD199A. At the top of the road, you can take the cycle path on the left to avoid the roundabout. Continue a few metres to the left.

(10) At no. 35, take the cycle path towards Pencadenic and turn left at the next junction. At the end of Rue de Kerboulico, turn right and continue to Rue de Pierre le Pelve on the left.

(11) Ignore it and take the small path on the right opposite it (no signposts), then follow the stream on your right until you reach the road.

(12) Turn right, cross the bridge and immediately turn left. Follow the ocean and continue straight ahead on a carriageway until you reach a wide left-hand bend.

(13) Turn right onto the cycle path towards Penvins, then turn left at the next crossroads and continue until you reach the restaurant Le Mur du Roy.

(14) Pass in front of it, then turn left onto Chemin des Trois Pierres Blanches, then left again at the hairpin bend onto Chemin du Kroez Hient. Follow this road to Route de la Chapelle. Follow it to the left and you will reach Pointe de Penvins and Penvins Chapel.

(15) After enjoying the site, turn around and follow the same route back, crossing the D20 and continuing to the four-way intersection with a bench.

(5) Continue straight ahead until you reach the underpass beneath the D780.

(16) Ignore it and turn right onto the V45. Continue straight ahead until you reach a roundabout on your left.

(18) Take this road and turn left at the next junction. Continue straight ahead until you reach a four-way junction.

(19) Turn right and continue to the next fork.

(20) Turn left and, at the edge of the forest, follow the path on the right and continue along this track until you reach a road.

(21) Turn right, go up a fairly steep hill for about 60 metres, then continue straight ahead on a track until you reach the road.

(22) Continue left, follow Rue Théodore Botrel and go straight on until you reach the D195.

(1) Continue straight ahead on Rue des Écoles and return to Place de l'Église by following the same route as on the way there (S/E).
