On the banks of the Oise from Maurecourt to Andrésy

Departure from Maurecourt station, accessible from Saint-Lazare station, train J towards Mantes-la-Jolie.

(S) Take Rue du Bel Air and follow the railway line, which is on your left.

(1) Turn left onto Avenue des Robaresses, then take a small path on the right called Sentier des Favrils.

(2) At the crossroads, turn left onto Rue des Martyrs de Chateaubriand and continue to the end.

(3) Climb the stairs and cross Avenue Jean Moulin with caution. Continue straight ahead on the Sente des Fonceaux, marked PR® Yellow. Then turn right and follow Chemin des Charvaux across the fields. Continue straight ahead until you reach a T-junction.

(4) Take Chemin de la Folle Rue on the right and, just after a small stretch of woodland, turn left to follow Chemin du Tartaleau. You will arrive at the end of Rue Alexandre Deneufchat.

(5) Continue straight ahead on Chemin du Tartaleau. Walk along the edge of the woods until you reach Rue de l'Hautil. Take a street on the left for about 100 metres, then turn right onto a path that leads you between woods and fields.

(6) Continue straight ahead and pass in front of the Maurecourt cemetery. Cross Rue de Pontoise, then Avenue de l'Ancienne Gare and continue straight ahead along Chemin de la Ville de Paris.

(7) Pass in front of the Maurecourt municipal stadium, cross Rue de Choisy and continue straight ahead along Sentier de la Saussaie to the banks of the Oise.

(8) Turn right onto Promenade Ar Zenith, following the Oise.

(9) Pass under the Eiffel Bridge in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, then under the Conflans Bridge and continue along Avenue du Général de Gaulle after the confluence with the Seine. Ignore all turnings on the right and continue to a road near Île Nancy.

(10) Continue left on this road, which is called Boulevard Noël Marc. At Espace Julien Green, make the first turn right then left to arrive at the Clos des Vignes residence. Turn left, pass in front of Place Chantepleure and then Saint-Germain Church.

(11) Make a first turn right then left and continue on Rue des Courcieux. Cross Rue des Écoles and pass in front of École Élémentaire Saint-Exupéry. At the Jardins Maupassant residence, turn left onto Rue du Clos Malot and arrive at Bras d'Andrésy.

(12) Turn right onto Quai de Seine and continue for about 1 km.

(13) Turn right onto Rue Georges Delamare, right onto Rue du Général Leclerc, then left onto Sentier de la Graux Choux, which leads to Avenue Maurice Berteaux.

(14) Turn right and follow the avenue to reach Andresy station (E).

Return from Andrésy station on the same line to Saint-Lazare station.
