A varied walk between two market towns in the Vale of the White Horse. After climbing Foley Hill for the view it is a flat route across the vale to Wantage. Both town centres have plenty of facilities for a refreshing drink or a meal or even accommodation.

Some of the best views are from Smeathe’s Ridge as you climb gently up to Barbury Castle.
